Court documents have been served to Tori Spelling’s husband, Dean McDermott, after allegedly falling behind his child support payments for his oldest child Jack, SF Gate reported on Thursday, August 20.
McDermott’s ex-wife and the mother of his 16-year-old son, Mary Jo Eustace, is claiming that the reality T.V. star has failed to pay for their son’s child support for five months. McDermott has been given 30 days to pay Eustace $8,700 in full to avoid facing legal consequences. McDermott is yet to comment on the issue.
Eustace and her son Jack have appeared several times in some of McDermott and Spelling’s reality T.V. shows. Last year, Eustace was seen chatting with Spelling in her ex’s reality TV show, and had also been spotted at a birthday party at her ex’s house.
